Privacy Policy Agreement

A Privacy Policy Agreement is an agreement where a member and the owner of a website establish and provide notice of an internet provider’s privacy policy. This form is designed to be used individually or in conjunction with a Registration Agreement and should be posted on the website. It is also recommended that this form be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy Agreement. This form includes indemnification clauses, disclaimer of warranty, Use of Private Information, Propriety Rights provisions as well as optional clauses including but not limited to, Third Party Vendor’s Privacy Rights

What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how Western Fleet Services, Inc. and Western Environmental, LLC treats personal information that Western Fleet Services, Inc. and Western Environmental, LLC collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Western Fleet Services, Inc. and Western Environmental, LLC! products and services.
